Lithuania is an one the IMO whitelisted country in Europe, and its Maritime and Seafarers activities are managed and directed by its Maritime Administration Office,  Responsible for the ensuring of Maritime Safety, Education , Training and Exams for the Seafarers to Issuing the Certificates as per regulation of I/2 of the STCW convention 1978 as amended 

All Training and examinations are conducted under Slovakian Maritime Administration approved academy in own campuses. and properly provides the Maritime Educations and Training to seafarers under the supervision of professional and well experienced Maritime Trainer,
